BOOKINGS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

WEEKEND ONLY BREAKS ARE AVAILABLE OFF PEAK SEASON AND FLEXIBLE STAYS OVER CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR – PRICES WILL BE GIVEN ON REQUEST ACCORDING TO DURATION OF STAY.

 

A refundable security deposit of €200 will be required on arrival in case of any damage to the property or its contents.

 

Bed linen, cot and highchair are provided free of charge but NOT towels.

These can be rented at €7 per person per week.

 

We expect you to leave the property clean and tidy. An optional end of stay cleaning service is available at €30 for La Vigne and €45 for Le Figuier.

 

Arrival time should be after 4.00pm and departure time before 10.00am

 

A 20% deposit is required when booking, and the balance paid 8 weeks before arrival.

 

We are legally required to charge our guests "Taxe de Sejour". This charge applies throughout France and is 20 centimes per adult, and 10 centimes per child between 13 & 18 yrs old PER NIGHT.

Children under 13 yrs old are not charged.

 

If your arrival is late Saturday evening and you require basic breakfast provisions for the following day, please let us know 1 week in advance with details of your party.

A modest charge of €15 for this service will be made plus cost of food.
