Closed from November until March. Hotel de France Located in nearby St. Pardoux La Riviere, Hotel de France has proved a popular choice amongst our guests. The Restaurant offers a wide range of traditional fare, from as little as €12 per head to what only can be described as a feast, from around €25 per head. Try to book for the terrace area! Grand Hotel Pélisson This family-owned and run hotel/restaurant is situated in the heart of Nontron. There is a comfortable lounge for an aperitif before your meal. The excellent range of cuisine is beautifully cooked and presented in a relaxed atmosphere, including some vegetarian choices à la carte. Prices range from €15 to €37 per person. This is an ideal restaurant for a celebration or just a treat - particularly summer dining on the terrace overlooking the pool.

Le Moulin du Roc Just 10 minutes away in Champagnac-de-Bélair, is a gastronomic MUST for pure self indulgence or special occasions. The water-mill (moulin) was built in 1670 and the River Dronne flows through the grounds. One can eat in either of the two dining rooms or outside on the terrace. Ambiance is wonderful, food superb and the restaurant boasts over 900 varieties of wine! The lunchtime menu is 40 euros per head for 5 courses and includes an apertif and two glasses of wine; and evening dinner is 65 euros for a truly sumptuous six course meal.
